55ac Platform Rules and Policy

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 55ac ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all use of the 55ac website, mobile application and all services provided through them, including but not limited to Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Slot Games and all related features.

Accessing or using any part of the 55ac platform after these Terms have been made available to you constitutes your acceptance of them. These Terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of 55ac after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 55ac you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 55ac is strictly an adults-only platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
• You must be a natural person opening an account for your own personal use. Corporate accounts and accounts opened on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active 55ac account. Each player is permitted one account only. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete personal information during registration. Using false identity information, someone else's identity or a pseudonym is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be accessing the platform under a self-exclusion arrangement or a previous permanent ban from 55ac.

55ac reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to restrict or terminate access where eligibility criteria are not met.

3 Account Registration

When creating your 55ac account you are required to provide accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. This information is used to verify your identity, process payments and communicate important account updates.

You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If your mobile number, email address or payment method changes, please update your account profile or contact support. Outdated details may delay withdrawal processing.

55ac will send account-related communications to the email address and mobile number registered on your account. It is your responsibility to ensure these are monitored and accessible.

One account per person: maintaining more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, 55ac reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any balances pending a review.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 55ac support. Any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 55ac are made and held in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). There is no currency conversion on the platform; the amount you deposit in PKR is the amount credited to your gaming balance.

Supported deposit methods currently include:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposit via the JazzCash app or USSD
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposit via the Easypaisa app
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfer via the Raast payment system
• Bank Transfer — direct deposit to the 55ac designated bank account
• Debit / Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard where supported
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile payment methods as updated from time to time

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Deposits are credited to your account after confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Most mobile wallet deposits are confirmed within one to three minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on banking processing times .

Deposits are made for the purpose of gaming on the 55ac platform. Once a deposit has been confirmed by the payment provider, it cannot be reversed or refunded except in cases of verified technical error. If you believe a deposit has been incorrectly processed, contact support with the transaction reference as soon as possible.

55ac does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank for applicable fees before depositing.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in PKR. This policy exists to prevent payment fraud and protect players from unauthorised fund transfers.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during operational hours. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Before processing a withdrawal, 55ac may request identity verification documents including a copy of your CNIC and proof of the payment method. This is a standard security measure and is required for all accounts that have not previously completed verification. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate verification documents are the responsibility of the player.

Funds credited to your account from a bonus or promotion may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Please refer to the specific bonus terms for full details. Only funds that have met the applicable wagering requirements will be released for withdrawal.

55ac reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms or use of multiple accounts.

6 Betting Rules

The Sports Betting section of 55ac covers a wide range of markets including Cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series, ICC tournaments), Football, Esports and other international sports. Betting markets, odds and availability are subject to change without notice.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on 55ac:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Once you have confirmed a bet and received a bet reference number, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of placing the bet. These limits may vary by event, market type and account status.
• In-play betting is available on selected events. In-play odds update in real time and are accepted at the odds shown at the moment the bet is confirmed by the system. Network delays on your end do not entitle you to a retroactive adjustment of odds.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: an event being cancelled or abandoned without a result, a clear pricing error on the part of 55ac, or the relevant event result being determined by factors outside normal play. Voided bets are refunded at stake.
• Fraudulent betting activity including the use of bots, automated betting tools, match manipulation or exploitation of pricing errors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of relevant winnings.

55ac publishes sport-specific and market-specific betting rules on the Betting page. In the event of any ambiguity, the sport-specific rules take precedence over these general Terms for matters relating to bet settlement.

7 Casino & Slots

The Live Casino and Slots sections of 55ac are provided for entertainment purposes. All casino games — including Live Dealer tables for Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack, and all Slots and Slot Games — use certified random number generation or live dealer processes to determine outcomes.

Game results are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by players, support staff or any external party. Historical results have no bearing on future outcomes.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface. Stakes placed in error cannot be reversed once the game round has begun. If you experience a technical fault during a game round, the round outcome will be determined based on the game server's record of events, not the display on your device.

55ac is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of interrupted internet connections, device failures or power outages on the player's end during an active game session.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 55ac may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions or other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. These bonus-specific terms — including wagering requirements, expiry dates and eligible games — form part of these Terms when accepted.

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and are not redeemable for cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be played through before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires PKR 10,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unmet wagering requirements and remaining bonus balance will be forfeited on expiry.
• Attempting to exploit or manipulate bonuses — including by using multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms in unintended ways, or placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk — is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.
• 55ac reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55ac platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform
• Providing false, inaccurate or another person's identity information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or pricing mistakes to place or retain bets at incorrect odds
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of manipulation of sporting events
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud or other financial crime
• Sharing your account credentials with or allowing access to your account by any third party
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or interfere with the platform or its underlying systems
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour toward 55ac staff or other platform users

10 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55ac login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 55ac will never ask you for your password via email, SMS or chat.

All activity carried out on your account while you are logged in is treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account or that your login details have been compromised, contact 55ac support immediately so that your account can be secured.

We strongly recommend using a unique password for your 55ac account that is not shared with any other service. Enabling any available two-factor authentication adds an additional layer of security to your account.

11 Suspension & Account Closure

55ac reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where there is reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached these Terms and Conditions
• The account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive or criminal activity
• The player has provided false identity information
• Multiple accounts have been opened by the same individual
• Unusual activity patterns suggest account compromise or unauthorised access
• The player is under 18 years of age

In cases of suspected fraud or Terms violations, 55ac may withhold withdrawal processing and retain account balances pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the relevant funds may be forfeited.

Where an account is suspended without cause, 55ac will work to resolve the issue promptly. Players who believe their account has been incorrectly suspended are encouraged to contact support with relevant details so the matter can be reviewed.

12 Responsible Gaming

55ac is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We encourage all players to approach the platform as a form of entertainment and to manage their gaming activity within limits that are comfortable for their personal budget and lifestyle.

• Set a personal gaming budget before you deposit and stick to it. Only play with money you can afford to lose.
• Set time limits on your gaming sessions. Taking regular breaks helps maintain perspective on your activity.
• Gaming is for adults aged 18 and above. If you are aware of a minor attempting to use the platform, please report this to support immediately.

13 Limitation of Liability

55ac provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service outages and events outside our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

To the fullest extent permitted, 55ac's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time of the relevant issue. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses including loss of winnings, loss of opportunity or business losses.

55ac is not responsible for losses arising from: interrupted internet connections on your device, device malfunction, incorrect bets placed due to player error, or changes in odds between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is confirmed by the system.

14 Privacy & Data

55ac collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

We collect the personal information required to operate the platform, process payments, verify identity and comply with our obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Payment processing partners receive only the information necessary to complete a transaction.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to request correction of inaccurate data. Contact support to make a data request.

15 Changes to These Terms

55ac may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, payment methods, game offerings or operational requirements. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top.

For significant changes, we will attempt to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. However, it is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a change to the Terms, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the change comes into effect by contacting support.
